Vietnam is a delicious country. Yes the countryside is spectacular, the people are lovely, and Ha Long Bay is stunning. But what I love most of all about Vietnam is the food! It would take me a long time to get sick of eating Pho and spring rolls on the street, and I'd trade-in my chai tea latte for iced Vietnamese coffee any day.

The girls were little during our first trip to Vietnam. Kacela was 6mo old and Calais had just turned 2 years old. We spent a short 2 weeks exploring the areas around Hanoi and HCMC. This short trip left us wanting more, and we were excited to return 5 years later during our gap year! Randy and I were both concerned that our idea of how wonderful Vietnam wouldn't match with reality on our second visit. Luckily for us, Vietnam was still as incredible the second time around!
