Once we started overlanding, we quickly became obsessed! Road trips offer so much freedom to come and go whenever we like. Overlanding, essentially road-tripping with our tiny house, is the ultimate freedom.

Our Overland Vehicle, Gimli

We purchased our overlanding vehicle, Gimli, in 2018. It’s a 2003 Land Rover Defender 110 (TD5). After waiting 6mo for it to arrive at our house and spending a few years on the camping conversion (prolonged because of Covid), Gimli left home on April 12, 2022. The plan is to spend a decade or so driving Gimli around the world.
